From your first call to us we manage the complete repair process to get your vehicle back to looking its best again, with as little inconvenience to you as possible. We deal with all insurance companies and pride ourselves on giving you a speedy quote, and with our attention to detail, technical expertise and excellent customer care you can be confident leaving your car with us.
The Process Explained
We will reply to your telephone, email or contact enquiry within one working day- For us to view your vehicle you can either bring it to us, send us photos using our Contact Form, or we may be able to visit you at your home or place of work
- Rather than accepting the garage offered to you by your insurance company you have the right to choose where your vehicle is repaired. We deal with your insurance company on your behalf – for this we need their name and contact details, and your Accident Claim Reference Number
- We will provide you with a quote for the repair within one working day
- We recover your vehicle to our bodyshop, if required
- An engineer from your insurance company will assess the damage to your vehicle
- Your insurance company gives us the authority to repair your vehicle
- For your convenience you have use of a courtesy car during this time
- Our trained technicians understand how to repair your car correctly first time. We always use genuine parts and approved repair methods
